This is kind of sad, but some dogs were VERY USEFUL when they were young. They were COMPANION dogs. But when they grow old like your old Nana, some people think they are NOT useful any more. You could write a story about a helping dog who finds a new life that is STILL USEFUL!

Carrie, I know you wrote to share one idea, but I can’t help myself. My house is 74 years old. Posy Puppy goes under there and digs up all sorts of treasures ( old toys and cans) from the past. Maybe under the house is a portal to another time or maybe Posy is just an archaeologist at heart. If I win, you don’t need to mention my name, but I would appreciate it if you mentioned Posy’s name. Have fun writing !

I would like a story from my puppy’s point of view. I don’t know why Posy Puppy refuses to come inside on cold wet nights. She gets under the house where I can’t reach her. I have tried bribing her with Hotdogs, but she just waits for me to go inside to get them. Then she goes back under the house. Posy is 6 months old and 60 lbs. I don’t know if you can send photos through this website.

I have a series of photos of Hannah Banana Dog teaching Posy Puppy some manners. If you want to see them, I’ll post them on my Facebook page.

I would love to see a story written about a newly adopted dog’s first night in his forever home. I’d love to know what he/she thinks of the home, smells, new owners, compared to the City Pound that he/she has just left…. x
